So, let me tell you a bit more about me. I haven't always been in the fitness industry, I used to have a desk job but eventually realised that it wasn't what I wanted to do for the rest of my life! I enjoyed keeping fit though, with a variety of exercise including swimming, squash, step classes and regular gym workouts. As I started to achieve my own fitness and weight-loss goals, I realised I was hooked and I wanted to learn more and help other people do the same. All too often did I see people in the gym doing the same thing week in week out, using poor technique, risking injuring themselves, and hearing them complain that they weren't losing weight or getting any fitter, so I chose to do something about it. Changing my career has been one of the best decisions I've ever made! I love what I do, and the reason for that is because I'm interested in my clients. Seeing people achieve their goals and change to a healthier lifestyle is the best reassurance I can get that I've done a good job. I love being a Personal Trainer because I enjoy sharing my clients' great sense of achievement when they see results. I am energetic and enthusiastic and I pride myself on delivering a quality service to my clients.
I am fully qualified with an Advanced Personal Trainer Certificate, registered with REPs, and trained in First Aid (although hopefully I won't need to use that bit!). I specialise in advanced fitness training, nutrition and weight management, core strength and stability, body toning, circuit training and flexibility work. If that knowledge isn't able to get you on track to achieve your health and fitness goals, then nothing can.
